Cards drawn in the Annual spread:
January -  April : Three of Wands;
May - August : Eight of Swords
September - December : Knight of Wands
Additional card : The Magician

Interpretation:

January -  April

An idea or project, the seeds of which may have been sewn in the previous year, is beginning to grow.  You are now waiting patiently for your effort to be rewarded and your project to come into fruition.

May – August

Around the middle of the year, the tension caused by of all this waiting may make you feel as though you are mentally “losing balance”.  However, the creative spirit which has been nurturing your ideas can help you to keep your grip.  Keeping this in mind will cradle any fall.

September – December

With Autumn comes a sudden urge to escape the stresses of the Summer.  Although others may see your decisions as rash or impulsive, you will be sure to salvage a small cutting from the branches of the idea/project from the year’s 1st quarter and take this with you.  A much greater creative energy will follow you on your sudden journey and although this may mean re-starting your plans, you will be better equipped in the new year to nurture your project more fully.

Additional card : The Magician

The start of the next year sees you at a creative peak.  Very much at the beginning of a new phase but all the more powerful and with much greater potential.

Cards drawn in the 'Crossroads' spread:
Immediate past; present; future- Zombie(XII);
Guedeh La Flambeau (3F); Yemaya (9E)
The Visible world- Madame La Lune (9W)
The Invisible World- Oriate (AE)

NOVTnearfutureInterpretation:

In a nut shell- there’s plenty coming up in your very near future!

It is probably sweeping in already. You spent some time in the past waiting around for it, pruning yourself, soul searching and sacrificing. Not letting yourself be content with the everyday pleasures of your immediate environment.

Suddenly it’s happening and about to happen and it’ll take your breath away. If there is a man involved as a partner or manager, he can be trusted.

The ‘it’ is an opportunity that pulls you out from your chrysalid state into the world and all the seductive joys therein. An opportunity to produce, with a lover or a creative partner, something beautiful and longlasting. It will feel like magic, but actually you did the work for it. You are much more interested in, and capable of, wielding power than appears on the surface- and the time is absolutely right. You will blaze through the ordinariness of regular life and bring into it something delightful and most likely profitable as a result. The 9 card has a very special extra meaning- the card of a wish come true.

Overall a great spread for sex, business and other creative projects that require total involvement and dedication.

AntiCraft

July 23rd, 2009

We’d love to be cool enough to be their friends. Is the AntiCraft the wickedest site on the internet? Here you’ll find out how to knit into your boyfriend’s sweater, construct ‘beaded pendants of blindness and insanity’ and sew your own merkin. Serious craftwork thrillingly combined with doses of anarcha-feminism, humour, and fabulous merchandising. Not forgetting the best disclaimer page ever.
